With this certificate course and five days (40 hours) of training, you will gain the knowledge, understanding, and abilities required in accordance with ISO 22000 to lead successful food safety management system audits. EAS has

Each criteria of LA course is designed with exercises (total 18 exercises) to have hands on audit experience for the delegates and to generate audit related group discussions.

Method of Delivery
EAS delivers this IRCA FSMS lead Auditor training programmes through following means
Online Tutor-led Virtual Training
Entire course delivered online. Candidate will be given login in the training portal, which they will be accessing prior to training and during training. Candidate can take up the course from his place with his own facilities. Each session will be guided by experienced tutors and generate group discussion at the end of each exercise.
Course materials, 5 day training programme etc can be downloaded. Individual and group Exercises, activites, specimen Question paper, standard references, Case study documents (Sample FSMS documentation used for exercises) can all be viewed and worked with in each individual login.
Maximum of 10 candidates will be admitted for each batch for this form of training.

Open Training programmes
EAS conducts open training programmes in select cities for the benefit of delegates. This is class room style programmes held in a common facility such as hotels. This tutor led-course is presented with slides and exercises are worked out among the groups within the class followed by presentation and discussion.
EAS also conducts such programmes for exclusively for any particular organization or exclusive group of executives as per the time schedule till it fulfills the 40 hrs training requirement.
Maximum of 20 candidates will be admitted for this style of training.
Assessment, Examination and Certification
As per the IRCA criteria, the delegate will be assessed continuously based on the attendance, participation in discussions and exercise outputs etc.,
A final examination will be conducted at the end of the course where the delegates is expected to pass the exam with 63 marks. Delegate will be given a second attempt if he could not clear the first attempt, subject to the terms and conditions of EAS. Delegates who fail to clear the Continuous Assessment will not be allowed to write the Final Examination.
Delegates who pass the both the criteria will be awarded with “Successful Completion” certificate. Otherwise, if the delegate could not clear the final exam alone, he will be awarded with “participated” certificate.
